All bookings made through this site are received by our system and must be reconfirmed by destination hotel, all bookings are subject to any conditions highlighted during the booking process.At the completion of the booking process you are presented with 2 printable booking receipt :
first one with confirmation that our system and destination hotel has recieved your booking
second that destination hotel is confirming you your booking
both with one or more booking reference numbers. These reference numbers should be retained by you and quoted in any future correspondence with your destination hotel(s).Changes to bookings can be made through this website, and must be confirmed by your destination hotel(s). Changes to bookings cannot be guaranteed, are at the discretion of the hotel manager and are subject to availability.You can book for up to 10 people using croatiabooking.net. For groups of 10 or more people, you must select contact us directly. Please note: multiple bookings for up to 11 people to achieve your group number will be rejected by the receiving hotel.
Our accommodation providers require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we will send your credit card information directly to the accommodation at which your booking is made.Destination hotel may verify or authorize your credit card as well. In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us, we use the "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology for our services. If applicable and available, certain accommodation providers offer the opportunity for non-refundable reservations to pay directly to the accommodation provider during the reservation process by means of secure online payment (all to the extent offered and supported by your bank). Payment is safely processed through a third party payment processor and directly made from your bank account to the bank account of the accommodation provider. Croatiabooking.net does not make, accept or process any payment to or on behalf of the accommodation provider.
Bookings made on this website can be cancelled either by logging on to this website or by contacting the destination hostel directly.Cancellations can be made on this website at any time in advance of arrival date. The following conditions apply to cancellations received on this website / at destination hotel:
- More than 7 days in advance of arrival time: No further charges apply.
- Less than 7 days in advance of arrival time: A charge equivalent to the balance of your first night’s stay applies.
- NO SHOW : A charge equivalent to the balance for a maximum of two nights’ stay applies.
For the purposes of calculating cancellation charges, arrival time at your destination hostel is considered as 18:00hrs (6pm) local time. This applies to cancellations only, not to late arrivals. All cancellation charges are made by the destination hostel to the same card number provided for your booking.
